This is a chance for us to get to know one another before your child becomes part of
polkadot world. It give us the opportunity to understand your needs and for you and
your child to become familiar with us so that settling-in becomes a swift and
comfortable process. |

Babies use all kinds of signs and gestures as a natural part of learning to talk. Your
baby will recognise important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you
before speech. We will encourage your baby with extra signs like ‘milk’, ‘more’,
‘change nappy’ or ‘tired’, all of which will help you and your baby communicate! |

Whilst many nurseries follow the EYFS during term-time, our programme of learning
extends throughout the year. This gives continuity and allows the children to constantly
develop and achieve new goals. |

Newly established in the magnificent grounds of Ragley Hall, our forest school is an
extension of our hugely successful holiday and after school clubs. Offering everything
from pond dipping to assault courses, theatre productions to jewellery making,
campfires to cookery the forest school has everything for the young imagination! |

Our staff are key to our ongoing success. Their energy, enthusiasm, dedication,
passion and huge sense of fun make us what we are and gives our children the very
best care possible. |

Our carers are just that. They are responsible for caring for and developing your child,
not to carry out daily maintenance - we leave this to our dedicated
housekeeping staff. |

In order to maintain our high standards of care we engage with outside practitioners
for advice on all areas of our business so that we can be objective and constantly
review how we do things - there’s always room to improve, no matter how small. |
